@zeninternet It isn't such a big problem. Just use VoIP. And most people in busines will have a personal mobile smartphone with their own personal phone number. The two can be combined, if desired, by running VoIP software on the smartphone.

@zeninternet Hi, this is getting a bit farcical now. Qube engineer didn’t show up, then I called to see where he was. 10 mins on hold and eventually told I’d be emailed sorting a new date out and no email response at all. This issue has been going on for months!

@zeninternet @thinkbroadband Sadly still part of the 3% who were/and are still being missed by Superfast coverage. Sitting at 2.6Mbps at moment,had a convo just yesterday with near neighbour who has given up trying to get BB-v poor line,have went down 4G route.

@ac*** @zeninternet I have no issue with my old provider, I just needed more which they weren't able to provide. I asked them and was told no on all accounts apart from that FTTP would be part of their package at some point in the future.

@loudmouthman @ibikehorsham @zeninternet Agree regarding Zen. They were recommended after we'd had numerous problems with Sky and BT. Appreciate they all use the same "tubes", however, Zen's customer service is excellent. They're easy to contact and don't give up until the problem is solved.

@zeninternet at this point i feel we should be being refunded for the days when we cannot access our broadband. We go through the rigmarole each time of having to replace cables, micro filters, routers, this is not cheap. And its never the case that these are the issue.

@NclSteven We don't have tgat problem. We dumped Sky, lock, stock and barrel. We gave Zen internet and phone. Netflix, Disney and Amazon prime. Still save loads of money.
