@VividSeats Same issue. Your policy states a full refund for a canceled event and you gave me store credit which is unacceptable.

@tickets113 @StubHub @VividSeats @SeatGeek I don’t see the problem with it as long as the broker is eating the extras and maintaining pod integrity. Buyers looking for fewer than 4 simply think there are no choices. If sites showed buyers other choices with adjusted prices there would be no need for sellers to do this.

Game 7 for Dodger vs Braves is 67 bucks on @TeamStubHub But Every game for the World Series is over 600 bucks, that's highway robbery, you crooks. Bring those prices down @StubHub @VividSeats y'all shouldn't be allowing this to happen. #RaysUp

@KimChapman21 @VividSeats @ECHL @nhl @TicketmasterUK @AerLingus @Airbnb and @IIHFHockey all have given refunds for the rest so it’s only the game I foolishly booked through @VividSeats that has been a problem (they abandoned their buyer guarantee).
They deny getting my emails and multiple refund requests.

@FAUFootball @FAUtix @VividSeats won't issue a refund because it's postponed and not cancelled. This game won't happen this year. Please change the status of the event with @Ticketmaster

@VividSeats @AmandaClae Same issue here. Responded online within the 7 days now they say they have no record and are not offering me my refund. Countless emails come back with the same response. Living outside of the USA make the credit offered useless as well. I hope this can be resolved for all.
