@virginmedia Apparently the upgrading will take till Saturday. Nearly a week with no signal, will we be compensated. Still no news from virgin mobile about the problem.

@virginmedia Just fix it. I need to work. If I lose my job because you can’t get internet to work then that’s on you. I would use my hotspot but that’s with virgin mobile which with full bars of 4g only gets 1mbps download speed. Worst company in the world. S***

@virginmedia The whole experience with virgin mobile has been really disappointing and feel I have been let down from such a major service provider. It's just unacceptable as I have been chasing you guys up saying I was in Cardiff central but still you took no action to check and let me know.

Joe sold me his only wireless charger after suspicious activity my suspect at Virgin Mobile because I said ynat I can't call my own number to retrieve voice-mail. Somehow my charge port went broken! I wonder how THAT happened. Eh?

1) I got a mobile for 4 years from my daughter and this year it auto renewed with annual cost without an email
2) we tried to cancel the contract before the 11th Feb and the app refused
3) we tried chat and waited for 3hrs

Facebook totally has restrictions that don’t even verify the problem online. It cuts off all the time depending on when the profile was created…I had problems getting online using the cellphone number…maybe I need to stop using virgin mobile..huh
