Twitters been broken here since I got up at 4am, seems the odd tweet gets through but no likes and I cannot see my timeline nor any reply 😕, me phone is now letting me see a little more is it a virgin media issue

@virginmedia Well I have to say Virgin you are amazing at letting customers down big time. 2x you have rescheduled our repull. Reason something to do with the permit. This is rubbish. The council stayed it is unlikely you have applied. What am I I paying for 6 plus years of chappy Internet.

I swear @virginmedia don’t understand what free means. It’s at least the fourth time I’ve removed the “free” speed upgrade to bring my bill back down to something ***uely reasonable. Expect it to be upgraded for “free” again some time in the next 18 months 🙄

Anyone else been having issues with @virginmedia in the past few days in Dundee? I keep losing my internet connection which requires a reset. Is that a fault with the device or is it being affected by a problem with the service

So the last few minutes of my last day as a talktalk subscriber, plenty of highs with a few lows.
Unfortunately not being able to provide 'higher' highs is the reason for change, up to 76 Mbps doesn't cut it in this day and age. A warm welcome to Virgin Media, don't let me down.

@Phoenixrahman @virginmedia That’s unfortunate, I’ve never had an issue as I’ve said. I decided to leave as Sky was cheaper they then called me and beat the price Sky was offering and doubled my broadband speed which is 10x faster than what Sky can provide.

A social media team that is really responsive is pointless. A team to fix the speed issues is what's needed.

@virginmedia No, it’s a wifi issue. We are all draining our data, because the wifi only properly works in 1 room! And we’ve had to wire it to all computers. I need to get it all cancelled, as I’m not getting what I’m paying extortionate rates for!

@virginmedia Seems as though the service is down gone through that check multiple times. It’s asking for an engineer to visit but I believe it could be a service issue. If I have to book an engineer it won’t be until Monday, meaning I’ll have no tv or internet over the weekend?

@virginmedia Um, no? The issue isnt cancelling, the issue is being sold a service that has failed to happen. Your website is still telling me I can get fiber in my address. We're going to be without Internet for a fortnight due to Virgin, costing us money. This is Virgin's mistake.

@virginmedia The broadband package we are on is a Maxit Tv package, with M350 Fibre Broadband and talk more time anytime phone line. We have been told that there is a problem in the area however problems have been happening before but we have just dealt with it.

@virginmedia ****o, that’s what has caused the issue. Had upgrade issue and to solve it I had to take a new contract but was recommended to take out 1GB for a month then change. Have changed but still have 2wks and out of data and can’t add more data. 3gb for £20 is mad money but still can’t

@virginmedia I spoke to tech about 20 mins ago who put me on hold for 35 mins then the phone was put down, I am refusing to pay my bill until I get this sorted as its been going on for to long, my account is with collections but how can I get this fixed if tech team can't even answer calls?
