@Sarah74863890 @virginmedia I have had terrible trouble with VM since the end of March. Have phoned 20 times in 6 months. Every agent saying my issue has been resolved. And it hasn't. Last phone call they have promised all is well. I will wait and see. They are dreadful.

@virginmedia that’s it. Every f**king day my internet is down for some period of time. Sometimes hours, sometimes minutes. But you can f**king well guarantee that it’s right in the middle of when you want it. Sky are now offering fibre in my area and I am off ASAP. Clowns.

@virginmedia Not from a landline. From a mobile. We just get told on an Automated reply that they’re running some tests, we can’t find a problem, we’ll put you through to someone, then we get sent a link and cut off. Every. Time. The online chat doesn’t work either.

@virginmedia another day, another deadline p***es. Day 4 with no TV or Internet. Maybe the engineer is on their way maybe they're not. They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

@virginmedia Except you aren’t. Nobody has been able to say A) What the problem actually is and B) If an engineer/technician is even on-site. It’s 12:00 so this is when it was estimated to be fixed, they might need a little bit more time so maybe another couple of hours downtime would be fair
