Please whatever you do, don’t ‘upgrade’ to the Virgin Media Hub 4. I made the mistake, fine for a few weeks and then stopped functioning, engineer came out and was lost. Phoned another engineer who thankfully had the same issue a few weeks back.
I’ve now got a refurbished hub 3.

They say it will be back in mid November. Lots affected by this, but so far no legal action taken that I know of.
