Parents home schooling children, University students doing everything online, people who are working from home...

@virginmedia two days in a row now I have been without Internet when I need it. I have important work I need to get completed and have bad no help from virgin media. All they can do is offer an engineer to come and fix my equipment, instead of admiting that there's an issue 😡

@c4kky @virginmedia They are literally the worst! We have virgin media business at my work and it cuts out about 20 times a day. You can’t get through to anyone in a hurry and when you eventually do they tell you there’s another “outage” in the area and unfortunately they can’t do anything about it.

Started 'texting' Virgin Media cust service @ 1:30pm to ask for help. It was so slow, at 6, the person said it was time they went home.With one text every 10mins or so, just got past explaining what the problem was and what my options were. Will have to start it all again tomoro
