@virginmedia Yes, I have tried from chrome, safari and explorer. I have tried 2 iPhones, iPad, MacBook and laptop.. same issue every time.. I have also updated all Apple products and deleted / re installed the app. I’m 99% sure based on other tweets this is an issue at your end.

@virginmedia Hi! Yeah we just get the same message about a problem at VM's end we've had for the last 3 days with no fix time. It just asks us to try unplugging the router, which is new and we've unplugged several times, and was working fine prior to Tuesday.

@virginmedia My local neighborhood app has around 20 people with the exact same issue at the exact same time. Twitter will tell you it's happening all over the UK. Start informing customers rather than act ignorant to their issues.

So our internet is barely working, we phone @virginmedia to try and fix it. They tell us it's going to last until the 29th, there's nothing they can do and they're not giving us any money back. No notification this was going to happen, two of us are part working from home.

@virginmedia Leeds area- we've had intermittent internet for 3 days now. Phoned Tues and were told it's a known issue in our area and a technician was fixing it. Today STILL getting the same problem - 50Mbps/3Mbps on our 350Mbps package where we normally get max. We can't work!
