Now down for OVER A WEEK and still no explanation from Virgin, just 3-4 "updates" a day moving the "fix" a few hours each time. I don't believe this one anymore than the last. Perhaps someone at @virginmedia could have the decency to communicate. https://t.co/uXxIv9r9Tw

@virginmedia No - over the phone, as I’m never able to use the app, website or anything else as I don’t have internet to do so during an outage. I live in an area with poor phone signal so I’m unable to access anything other than waste 30+ mins on the phone like I did today

@virginmedia I have reset the box twice. Rebooted by unplugging everything from the wall twice. Checked that all other services are working. After doing all of these things the fact remains that the only problem is that NETFLIX does not load and the screen I shared earlier is all I see.

@virginmedia Apparently Because the new neighbour below us wanted virgin so some bright spark disconnected us thinking we had moved out. Everyone we speak can see the problem. Nobody can fix it

I got a new router, hub 3.0 yesterday. I have a device I need on a static IP address, every time I go into the DHCP settings and ‘apply changes’ it shuts down the Wi-Fi.
Why is this happening? I need to set the static IP address to be able to log into my device. @virginmedia

@virginmedia Yeah I've run the tests in the past, usually just telling me to restart the router which only fixes it temporarily. Today it said there are intermittent issues in the area too, but this has been an issue for a while now

@VirginMediaCorp virginmedia agent made me to sign broadband & O2 sim combo contrct by gvng wrong info. In a while, an agent acknowledged their mistake & cancelled the combo. Despite that, debited 60 GBP. I trying for past 3 days to resolve this issue,but no proper response
