@SykeOnAir @obj The removal of "bad actors" used to be up to the f/a's. Same with prisoner transports. The problem stays on the aircraft until everyone else is "safely removed". American, Continental and USAirways were like that when I worked for them.

They act like they are in an exclusive club rather than poorly paid staff - Yale Skull & Bones meets Studio 54 velvet rope screeners.
Staff at old USAirways absolutely loved customer misery. United is as bad today.

@TrungTPhan Seems to be an industry issue. My dad worked for USAirways and when they merged with America West, they continued using *both* scheduling systems, instead of choosing one or the other. Caused a ton of delays, lost bags, etc. I would bet the same thing happened when /1

@JHjemvick I just remember me as a new hire when USAirways melted down in early 2000's. Bags all over! I went into the ramp & helped them load bags just so we could get out of the **** scape! DEN needs support & that means pulling 1-2 planes and flying support groups in to clear the mess.

@poycer @JulietteRihl Southwest used to fly between the 2 for a while. The issue was that USAIRWAYS slashed their fares to meet Southwest, and people continued to fly USAIRWAYS for the frequent flyer miles. I was guilty of this myself, so I contributed to the problem that I’m complaining about ☹️

Basically says they own the seat on that plane not you. And they get to make the rules. As I said I worked for Piedmont, USAir and USAIRWAYS for over 21 years. I have seen many people try to sue the airlines. And watched them crash and burn. So keep giving bad advice.

If the 787 paint is that bad from Boeing I haven’t seen it on any 787’s in service yet?
Could be the new toned down paint with issues?

@flightradar24 @Captsully My wife will never let me forget the text I sent her. I was operating a dash from LGA to PHL as we landed PHL tower was telling us what happened. Texted USAirways crash (didn’t know the details yet). Said I’m ok. She called and said she never even read the ok part.
