@kristinacimova @TSB TSB reluctant to advise that there is a major issue with ‘Approve Payment’ feature on the app.
Instead they’ll ask for more information, for your device, operating system, what app version. They’ll ask you to uninstall / reinstall…blah, blah….
It’s a TSB issue.

@TSB Have you bothered to read the thread I’ve replied on Sophie? The app will not let me approve payments. Nothing happens when the ‘approve’ button is pressed. I was told on Friday it was a known problem & would be fixed - clearly another lie https://t.co/3FPA2HNmrQ

@TSB That is what my issue is. I couldn’t pay for my shopping today as I had no working card. And then put on hold for ages to be transferred to fraud to be told the same thing!

Unsure why TSB seem reluctant to issue bulletin explaining there is a widespread issue with the payment approval on the app.
Far better to be honest than to request customers jump through a series of hoops which ultimately will make no difference.

Trying to secure my tickets for #ClashAtTheCastle but I have to approve the payment on my @TSB app? Ok not biggie.. oh wait the bloody approve payment button is broken completely... I swear to god if the tickets sell out before I can get one because of my bank being ****...

@TSB When is this issue w not being able 2 approve payments going 2 be resolved?? I have done all suggested fixes & none work.Only other ‘device’ I have as u suggested is not accepted by TSB! This is major issue which needs fix v quickly or u will lose customers @MartinSLewis

@tsb how many more people have to complain about the approve payment button on the app not working before you fix it? Its been 3 days now an all you say is can we have more info? ITS NOT WORKING how much more do you need? An deleting it an downloading it again does nothing 🤷♂️🤦♂️

TSB seem reluctant to simply admit there is a widespread issue here. Instead they suggest that customers follow steps that will not solve the issue.
Customers understand there can be issues. Being honest would help.

@TSB what’s the issue with trying to approve an online debit card payment, I’ve been trying for 2 days now, the button to approve is frozen and doesn’t do anything! I’ve had to use PayPal to make the payment instead. I need this resolving and some timescales for TSB doing this?

@Maggie_J_W @TSB Hey mate this guys won’t help I got no help from support team when my account got blocked I had to contact a support specialist he resolved my account issue and got my account unban his page is techfix_support on Instagram inbox him now he will help you gain back access to it

@TSB I’m still sat here waiting, having been told quite curtly to sit down and wait. Is there really any point in taking this any further, when the branch is closing down anyway?! The management at this branch have always been rude, and it’s not the first time we’ve all complained. 😡
