@TSB My standing orders haven’t come out this month. On the app, it says “Next payment due: yesterday”, so the standing order hasn’t been cancelled. As a result, I’ve gone into my overdraft on another account. Is this a known problem?

@TSB ****o I’ve literally just made this account so I can get in touch with you, there seems to be something with your website, are you aware of the issue? ‘Bad request -400’ when I try to login on a desktop and the homepage says ‘something went wrong’ as soon as you open it.

From the get it's been problem after problem which I'm having to consistently chase up & explain EVERYTHING again. Rather glad we've went with @TSB for our joint account if I'm honest. Loved @santanderuk before but yet here I am being proven otherwise.

@TSB I was dealt with very efficiently and professionally on the phone today by Chloe in the business accounts section ; she rectified an issue arising from the incompetence in Shettleston branch, my stress levels have returned to normal pandemic levels 😊

Hold on the line for like 20 minutes then get cut off.
Why can't she get through on a urgent fraud issue with get debit card.

@TSB No other accounts with you. The issue here is why you're sending cheques. Accept all processes can be subject to delays because #pandemic but - even more reason to get with the modern age & send by transfer. Been told the cheque number & it was posted 5/10

more than 2 months fraud account has been opened, I am ringing every week to TSB, staff is not responding, in fact work from home in kitchen(can listen water, tv noise on call), credit score down because of fraud account and no help.

@TSB Good morning Alex, I have spoken to a legal advice team through the Federation of Small Business who said I could take the issue up with the CMA. The only legal requirement for treating Japanese Knotweed is the pesticides qualifications and various acts. I will DM more info.

@TSB I am glad that I do not bank with @TSB. We made 3 attempts to get a family member’s online banking setup only to face with more problem. Every day interface (web, mobile) have different instructions. Guys on the tech has not got the clue why it does not work.
