@ThreeUKSupport Sort of. They just follow a script, they don’t really know what they are doing, if your problem is beyond what’s written in front of them then they just go through their script in a different way. Such a shame as your in store staff in the UK are wonderful.

@pcaldredbann @ThreeUK We have a tower down near us so no mobile internet just down the road from me & mobile signal is awful as others are on my local tower instead, so it's overworked IT'S BEEN A WEEK

@S10Blade @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Being against this hill really shouldn’t be the issue it seems to be right now. Did a speed test on 4G and it was 1/3 slower than our 12meg broadband. It usually faster.

@mu11en @ThreeUK Omni 9 is the largest to go for portable. If you go larger they don't fit in a laptop bag & even at 9 need to be dangled over a ledge upside down as they knock over the amplifier
Directional that fits in a laptop bag pocket can reach hundreds of yards, but needs targetted

@ThreeUK what am I to do? My ****le hasn't worked since the summer and customer services lets me hang on the phone then puts the phone down on me. I refuse to carry on with a contract paying for a malfunctioning ****le and you expect me to keep paying for the next two years???

@ThreeUKSupport We’ve managed to get a fix - after 4 days - via your support line. It’s been painful as right now everyone’s broadband connection is more important than ever. IMHO you should upskill your customer services staff and simply charge more. I for one would pay it.

Your staff keep transferring me from personal to business and vice versa as no one is capable of sorting my problem.

@ThreeUKSupport 23rd? Ouch! It's not just tethering that's the issue, general browsing on phones are as bad, we don't have a home internet connection so rely on the signal for internet access and tethering to household devices, but it's completely unusable for any of this at the moment

Is there a problem with the ThreeUK internet? We haven't been able to use there internet since Saturday. When we called them, all they said they were updating their network and couldn't put us through to the correct department. Why is ThreeUK Customer Service so bad?
