The three network isn't working the "easy" to use app keeps asking the same questions so can't log on and even trying to top up won't work if @ThreeUK could sort this issue out that would be great!

@ThreeUK is shocking at the moment, the number of dropped calls is unbelievable. Half hour on hold to talk to my bank, had 5 mins with the adviser mid problem, call dropped.. full signal and 5G, no reason for it, just chopped off.. and its not the 1st.. SORT IT OUT 3!

Thankfully in my case it's just an automated sales number and nothing malicious. It would definitely suck if it was malicious and I had abusive messages being left all the time.

Counting down the days that I can leave @ThreeUK mobile can't reliably hold an actual telephone conversation even on 2 bars without it dropping...all I can do indoors is use wifi so moaning tweets for 6 months it is!!!

@EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

@ThreeUKSupport L20 4LQ. Your service status shows as up and running but when I'm not alone in getting no service, its either a super rare case of everyone's phone/sim decided to fail at the exact same time or its the network. Customer support refused to admit there's an issue.
