Can't believe I had to check the status of #EE after my router is showing 2 red lights. Search on website & absolutely zero problems in #Solihull or #Birmingham yet using the engineer text service shows a major outage & no broadband for 7 hours. Thank god for #tesco mobile.

@tescomobile I am again complaining about a problem all your customers living in the SA3 are having with your O2 network mask ! Our mobile calls are cutting out with each call for about 10 secs and this has been an ongoing problem since December! O2 are aware of this!

@O2 I have tried contacting Tesco mobile who are using your network but they tell me there is no problem! Of course you knows differently that there is a problem with the mast as you are refunding others money paid to you since Dec! Could you please bring it to the attention of Tesco

@tescomobile after being a customer for mobiles over a number of years we have tried to upgrade 2 phones but as the direct debit has never been set up by yourselves and we pay online we have been turned down due to we have to prove 3 direct debit payments to upgrade

Been using it for work and personal travel for years with no issue in US

@tescomobile It wasn't the signal it was due to the fact that an update needed installing. Please p*** this onto your customers that are quoting similar problem with not being able to receive incoming calls, it works fine for me now. @o2

@tescomobile @Soph1eJ You need to fix this, it is a widespread problem. Myself and 2 people I know, plus the ones already asking you are all having the same problem this weekend. Can call out, can text and receive texts, but incoming calls all go straight to voicemail. All are @o2 via Tesco Mobile
