@tescomobile I've tried to set up a contract several times. It gets to the credit check page and says its got a troubleshooting problem. So I've gone with Vodafone.

Now, because the garage couldn't contact me (no phone signal) my broken down vehicle has missed a week's repair slots and won't be done till next week!
Can't call anyone, now can't go anywhere 🤬

also inserted a new SIM. Still same issue.
Can I cancel my contract as the phone is not ‘fit for purpose’?
Anyone have any experience of similar??
Been onto @tescomobile help desk for almost an hour this morning - constantly left waiting and as much use as a chocolate fire guard

@tescomobile I’m not impressed with your customer service dept. My mother took her phone to one of your outlets as it wasn’t working there was a problem with the SIM card so i#t was swapped for a new one. They said it would take 48hours to update. After the 48 I called your CS.

@tescomobile I’m finding that when I have Wi-Fi turned on but not connected when I’m out my mobile data won’t work, so I have to switch to airplane mode for 10 secs to ‘reset’ it. Only happening since I switched to you guys, any idea on a long term fix?

I got a message saying there is a problem with the system.
I've called customer care twice and it should be customer don't care. I was even asked to try to top up later. No money on phone

@meloni1961 @tescomobile That's a good point, and I'm not sure. I'm used to this problem as I have family in the Dover area, though doesn't seem to be as bad on O2 as other networks I've been on in the past. Not sure which network Tesco Mobile piggybacks on these days.

@tescomobile I have been trying to upgrade my mobile since the weekend and each time I’m being told my payment is unsuccessful and it gets cancelled, I have tried several debit cards. I have never had this issue with previous upgrades so very disappointed.

@JennieM37925513 @tescomobile I had the same issue and Tesco Mobile offered me 86p compensation... yes 86 pence! And I had to port my number out to Three to get my number to work. Now I'm able to receive and send calls and texts and use my data with Three with no issues whatsoever 🤔

@tescomobile Your mobile data is shockingly slow and unfit for purpose! The past month I have kept records with no speeds going over 12mbps down and 4mbps up with MULTIPLE phones! How can you charge for this rubbish!!!
