@TescoBankNews Are you guys aware that Tesco Credit cards are not currently accepted on easyjet inflight sales. It's a known issue apparently ?!

@Tesco @tescobankhelp must be doing very well because I just called to say my renewal was too high and the chap on the phone just said no problem we will cancel your renewal! Never had that before. @MORETHAN will get my home insurance now 🏠🏡

The frustration is the refusal without any explanation and no opportunity to explain the reason for the request.

@tescobankhelp Finally back into online banking to discover my p***word and security number were what I thought they were. The problem has to have been at your end. Triggering the authorisation request when my IP address and device ID are my usual ones was unnecessary.

@tescobankhelp please help I have a Mastercard and it’s doesn’t work with loads of online retailers, I was told this was a temp issue with Mastercard months ago but problem persists I was hoping my new card would resolve. Don’t have issue with my Mastercard with other bank?

@tescobankhelp Not sure if Android V10 is considered older, it was released in 2019? I have no problem managing my account online, but for any online payments, the only way to approve is by the app, so really handicapped? Is there a way to change the approval by text as other banks do?

@tescobankhelp what a joke !!! Last year my car insurance was £224, and then you give a renewal of £296 ! 30% increase !£&@ 1 extra years NCD And no claims ? How the F@@k fix you work on that thinking I would actually “like” to renew ! Do me a favour. “Price Walking” is banned.

@tescobankhelp are so busy when you call them that they put you in a queue for a callback which can take upto a week, over two weeks in my case. Compared to @HalifaxBank who seem to be not so busy and able to resolve identical issue the day i called.

@tescobankhelp two months of waiting to unblock card and in that time I received only one call back which I waited over two weeks for. Since then despite many calls, nothing. Compared to @HalifaxBank, identical problem resolved during the one call i made to them.

@tescobankhelp 5weeks ago when I paid my credit card in full you were more than happy to issue a new card with the full balance available… today when I notice it’s expired 04/22 and call you for a new one , you refuse to issue one due to ‘past history of missed payments’ why?

@tescobank i applied for 0% balance transfer which has not been honoured. I spoke with customer services who told me you had 'several other customers with the same issue' but I am now being told to wait up to 8 weeks for a response to the inquiry. Not exactly customer facing

@tescobankhelp Hi. FYI, your cash machine at the Stokenchurch Tesco Express is broken. Some of the number buttons don't work, so you can't enter your PIN.
I told the staff, but (as usual) they didn't seem very interested.

@tescobankhelp trying to make a payment on my parents car insurance (OD payment) should of been auto renewal. Your system is declining my card. Checked with my bank no problem at that end. Please advise this payment has to be made ASAP.

@tescobankhelp we don’t need any help but have noticed that recently the Tesco banking app on both our iPads do not work. All good on the iPhone app, hence why we don’t need any help, but just want to know is there a general issue with it on iPads? Maybe delete & reload..? Thx

@MoneyandM I apologise, our Tesco Bank App is specifically designed for use on Android Phone, iPhones & Apple Watches only. Although it may have worked on an iPad in the past, it cannot be guaranteed and although we are checking on the root cause and aim to fix (1/3)

Qatar airways said they released on the 17th Dec 21 Only to find out l8r they released the money 2 their own partner account. Now getting it back is an issue.. hope u have some luck as u paid credit card

@tescobankhelp got my car insurance renewal recently. Nothing’s changed my end but the premium went up 50%. Rang up to discuss but your operator couldn’t give a reason for the increase and wouldn’t even enter into a conversation about bringing down the premium. Awful service.
