Been with @TalkTalk for about 3 months and already had several issues with wifi going down. Their customer service team offer little to no help and just tell you to wait.. useless 👍🏻

@TalkTalk It's alright. It was still down when I got up this morning, so I pulled the DSL cable to reset it, and it synced back up. It was out for hours last night though, It would be cool to know why. The DSL was synced up to the box in the street, so it seems it was a network problem.

Please could @TalkTalk fix the fault on my phone line?? Or even give me a proper update? Its the 4th day with it not working and the same message on my account. Very poor customer service, yet my monthly bill is increasing each month. #disappointed #fault #talktalk

@talktalk i'm still having the same issue. After broken promises you have until 16/03/23 to get this right otherwise i'm looking for another ISP, not that your company will be bothered. 3 weeks with not meeting your terms. @ofcom should be notified!

@TalkTalk Furthermore, I work from home and need a sting internet signal for emails. Due to the ongoing problem. I’ve had to use my own data, and has to purchase a top-up which cost me £25 - used over 40g due to your lack of professionalism! Never in my life have I experienced such poor

Hey @TalkTalk, have you heard of CRMs? They're amazing! They allow you to track customer interactions and prevent multiple follow-ups for the same issue. Just thought I'd give you a heads up! 😉

@kamkaur89 @IPiskulla @TalkTalk What really gets me is how blzise they are about it. No sense of urgency just lip service. I pay them at of money for a service that is just too unreliable. Going down at peak times over the weekend and during the working day.. Their service has really gone downhill.

@kamkaur89 @IPiskulla @TalkTalk My virginmedia has gone down twice in two weeks, it's been down all day so today. Earlier on this year it was down form Saturday evening until Sunday afternoon. It's too unreliable and if you work from home then prepare to lose money.

@TalkTalk now day 25 of no internet, still no contact from the technical team to let us know when an engineer will fix the problem, no response from complaints manager, after nearly 2 weeks. To say we are frustrated with the lack of customer support from talk talk is putting it mildly.

Hi @TalkTalk one of my users can't connect to my VPN using standard Windows protocols via your system. I understand it's a router / firmware issue and port forwarding resolves it. Do you have a 'How to' guide you can point me to please? They have a sagemcom router.
