@YourSSE Rachel, I eventually resolved the problem with an excellent Philippine lady in a call centre. I had awful trouble attempting to get through to SSE UK, Scottish, call centre staff. Long wait, twice and then cut off, twice!

Hang Seng Index went down 1,100 points last night (4.13%). Today will be a bloodbath for every Chinese Stock. Major Bear market territory for Chinese Equities.
One has to know betting on $BABA is betting on the Hang Seng and SSE indexes. Iβve cut all Chinese positions for now.
