@MartinSLewis ****o Martin. I'm an SSE customer and currently they have still not sorted our meters out. I made a conscious effort of building it up for when October hit. £66 has gone down in two days to £6.75 and they just aren't sorting anything 😕

@YourSSE Still waiting for problem with smart meter to be resolved. Can you guarantee full credit will be restored? Not so smart meter is currently gobbling up credit at an insane rate...£15 a day. That's more than I would spend in a week or more! At THIS rate, monthly bill £98!!

@JuneKulke @YourSSE I have this issue. @YourSSE don't give a **** and won't allow you to call them or contact in any way. If you check your main electric meter it will show the correct balance (especially important if on pay as you go) the lack of communication from this company is simply appalling

@YourSSE The problem Toby had is that SSE didn't update my name several years ago when asked. I've sent (again) a copy of my change of name deed, but Toby wants to hear from the account holder. That's me, but Toby can't believe this because I'm not a man. Toby is perhaps from the 1950s.

My son, extremely vulnerable mentally ill adult, just been automatically switched from SSE to OVO.
Nightmare. He was in credit by £100s. They have put him in debit by over £1,100. I have spent hours trying to sort this out.

So I’ve been asking @YourSSE to come and fix my gas meter since May this year. They haven’t sent anybody yet but they continue to send emails threaten to make my bill far to high for me to pay by guessing my usage. The best bit is that you can’t even speak to somebody about it!
