@SamsungSupport ever since the new android 11 update my phone rings for no reason throughout the day sometimes its only 2 sec and other times it's at least 10 sec please help me to try and fix what's going on

@is_that_a_read @SamsungSupport A friend of mine do***ented a very similar problem with Samsung and his washer last week. They're getting a new washer in a week or so, but it took a lot of phone calls and customer service ****. They also got a $50 check.

@SamsungSupport @SamsungMobileUS The fact that “customer service reps” barely speak English, ignore the info you provide which they ask for over & over before providing an answer unrelated to the issue and refusing to transfer the call to a higher up = WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I know, first world issue, but, after yesterday's @SamsungSupport Android update- my volume slider has moved to a side display & getting all 4 sliders to come up seems impossible without going to media screen. And in app notifications aren't clearing after looking at them in app

Dear @SamsungSupport. Get a better company to service people on Georgia. I’ve been 2 weeks without a dryer & the company you’ve ***igned to fix it isn’t answering the phone (multiple tries). I’d really like to clean my hubby’s clothes from the hospital. Do not recommend.

@SamsungSupport the bevel for our frame tv came broken and we were told to order a new one, send the broken one back, and then we would get a refund. No refund, and every time we call customer support they disconnect just as we are about to secure a refund. What do I do?

@SamsungSupport Nah I'm good. I punched it because tap to wake wouldn't respond after 10 attempts and broke the inner screen. That solved my problem because I got a new S6 upgrade under my device protection plan. Take that.

@SamsungSupport The problem is intermittent and has happened twice in the past 3 months. I cannot find any loose or cracked hoses. Which tells me that it's a problem with the design of something on the unit.

@Matty411 @smartthings I had the same issue last week with mine. They are brand new but had been sitting in a box for 4 months. I had to take battery out, restart hub then put batteries back in. Working perfectly now.

@SamsungSupport I have a galaxy S20FE. In my drop down panel I have an option "scan qr code" but it just takes a picture of it. What am I missing? If I need a separate app to actually read it, then why is that option there at all? Is there a setting I missed?

@SamsungSupport we purchased a new Samsung refrigerator 7 years ago. We have replaced the ice maker twice, and it’s broken again. We’ve also replaced 5 door racks which cracked during normal use.
Our new refrigerator will arrive in 2 weeks. It isn’t another Samsung piece of 💩.
