@SkyHelpTeam haven’t been able to use on demand for months. Sky said they are aware but still haven’t managed to fix the issue. Please can you advise as this is crazy now

@SkyHelpTeam the @ITVX app is very hit and miss. Sometimes we can watch it and at other times, a programme starts then an error message says there’s a problem your end #frustrating

@SkyHelpTeam They were trying to fix an issue caused by contractors. The Openreach engineers either haven’t fixed the issue or did not reconnect us properly. Can this be escalated to Openreach to remedy please.

@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp here is a picture of the openreach hub, the LOS light is solid red (loss of service). Sky website states ‘no issues with connection in local area’ this isn’t true, all neighbours affected. Please update / fix asap.

@8gzd8k76nM @SkyHelpTeam @MoneySavingExp Actually there is no price rise in the sky contract I signed up to. Martin Lewis reccomended it for this reason. Also the issue with connecting my printer (according to the printer) was down to permissions and security on my wireless router. So yeah, I do expect them to help.

@SkyHelpTeam No point. I’ll just get told to reset the boxes as per usual, or check our broadband is working correctly or check the settings on the sky box. If that doesn’t fix it I’ll get told to call back to speak with an engineer who are never available.

Anyone else have the issue with @SkyUK SkyGl*** that you launch Netflix once, but then try it another time or a bit later and you have to switch off at plug and restart to get it to work.
Been like this since day 1 for me. 🤦♂️

Ive been with sky for 13 years finally cancelled today due to the price £136 a month absolute joke they said we will get price down go on then we can do it for £126 🤣 no loyalty with them anymore new customers get better offers @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam My issue is that @SkyUK has ignored our problems with the TV for such a long time and wasted my time several occasions and there’s been days where we’ve had no service with the TV and still had to pay for full services!

@SkyHelpTeam Again it has never been the broadband. The issue has been sky gl*** the entire time. The full hardware of the TV is being replaced as the agent advised it has been faulty since day one. My issue is @SkyUK has fobbed is off every time. Blaming my broadband

@SkyHelpTeam @seaside_sophie Yes but the clear issue here is that someone tells you they cannot afford an increase and want to cancel, and you then get them to stay on a slightly lower contract knowing full well you'll just up it later anyway. A contract should be pre agreed costs for a pre agreed period.

@SkyHelpTeam With BT who you rent the lines from, we tried Ethernet cable & WiFi the issue still persists. We spoke to an advisor last night who advised that we shouldn’t of been told it is an internet issue & the hardware will need replacing he was very apologetic about it taking so long

@MoneySavingExp I was told by @SkyHelpTeam that if prices are increased by more than 10% then it was OK to leave penalty free. Only just managed to bring down the cost of my parents broadband. Now 2 months later they increase it by around 17%!! Looking now to move them elsewhere!!

And if he speaks to your team what good will that do?
Does the price magically go down if he speaks to the team?
