A company that lets a 14 day cancellation period elapse, providing no service, on the 17th day the service goes live and is faulty and broken. Then want to charge a cancellation fee.

Hey @MartinSLewis I was on 100% renewables tariff for electric only with Pure Planet. Been moved to 100% renewables tariff with S**** Energy with stiff price hike. Why should my cost go up? Wholesale gas price shouldn’t come into it surely - am I having my pants pulled down?

.@ofgem why do you use S**** Energy as a supplier of last resort? Their systems are awful. Took them 10 months to issue me a bill and I'm still trying to get them to issue an accurate bill. Now you've transferred me back to them.

I’m now waiting on @S****EnergyHome to take over the account and no doubt they’ll also be very quick to take a payment. @SoEnergyUK have been in touch with the final bill, it’ll take till the end of the month to issue the credit they owe me. They manage to take it quick enough.

Have the exact issue with @S****EnergyHome monthly readings show £43 monthly usage forgot to submit 1month they predicted I used £200… this took all my credit as I pay £85 per month and now I’m told to up payment to£123 despite £43 monthly usage…
