Been with @S****EnergyHome for broadband for 2 years and never had an issue with them. Got my bill last night and two calls to the Speaking Clock.
One for 1 second, 2nd call for 2 seconds. I do not have a landline so they could not have been made by me.

Terrible service from @S****EnergyHome yet again. We reported a faulty meter at the start of the year and eventually had replacement #smartmeters fitted in March. The gas one has never worked. They send an engineer out to fix but he can't as the faulty one has to be remotely...
