@realsb4feelings Was with S**** Energy (up to 17 meg down phoneline) £16.99 but was mostly getting less than half a meg at peak times so was taking ages to load a page and unable to play youtube videos. Have switched to Virgin fibre (up to 100 meg) £24.00 per month, mostly under 10 meg but usable

@S****EnergyHome how do I know if the broadband is down or if it’s just me? My router shows the broadband indicator and internet indicator as blank, not even the red light. And when I go to check status on the site it says couldn’t get info. Checked all connections but nothing🤷🏻♂️

As I said, he’s elderly & my experience is some of them ain’t keen on using social media/the web etc. It’s a bit of an accessibility issue.

I have never come across customer service as bad as @S****EnergyHome I have tried for nearly 2 hours to get an issue sorted after they falsely took money from my mums account but your advisers keep cutting the chat and then expect me to explain all over again. Your a disgrace.

Only issue is I gave end meter readings to sp and they have put them onto my closed sp account from June. So charging me for gas and elec I've paid for!
