I tried phone and 'live' bot chat - both just cut off. You give no email address. So I have written you a letter by post.

@smurphkg @PollyWaterside @ScottishPower The problem is SP haven’t taken into account less in house and new boiler plus we aren’t using heating as much . The lower usage will take months apparently to filter into DD forecasting system hence supply meter readings weekly . I’m sure sane got lots of ppl trying to reduce

@andrewellson No bill bigger than expected but Scottish Power have been useless in solving problems with my gas meter meaning I now have to rely on their estimated bills until Jan/Feb because their meter is broken and they can’t fix it for ages.
