So publically on twitter @ScottishPower very keen to help me with my boiler (which their engineers have broken) but when I tried to contact them today, I need to phone back Monday. So a whole weekend with no heat or water (not had any since Tuesday). That's their Boiler Care!

I rang SP who told me that the fact that Vaillant had not turned up was not their problem.
SP then arranged a booking with Domestic and General (DG) for the next day. 2 hours after this phone call DG called to say Scottish Power had no right to make these bookings/
