@SamsungSupport I was in chat on your website for 90 minutes to fix a watch reactivation lock. I have owned the watch from day 1 and bought a new phone now it will not unlock. Only to be lied to and told just buy a new one. After being p***ed around by 7 customer service reps.

@KarTiN3691 @NianticHelp Had the problem several times even though I'm 100% sure nothing was wrong in my end. Google has the most lousy 100% bot driven support so you won't get any help. I didn't even try to get Samsung support later, but started using my Paypal account which has worked for years since.
