@SimonBrundish I find Virgin by far the best & quickest connection but appalling customer service. My missus is on the phone cancelling Plusnet after a month due to 1.9mb down & 0.9mb up. Slower than old dialup. Yet they're demanding £90 for early cancellation! 😂 Pick your poison.

The problem nowadays with review sites is 9 out of 10 people will only leave a review for BAD experience. I'm switching broadband provider and I just want genuine reliabilty data on PlusNet and Openstream in Burntwood because I'm not paying £52 that EE want to charge me soon!

@plusnethelp no internet for nearly four weeks. 2 engineer visits both times they advised it’s router. New router same problem. 8 calls to customer service calling again tonight, customer services disconnected just as I get a ring tone after 10 min. Isolating, need to order food

@plusnethelp Hi, I have been on unlimited fibre extra for over a year without issue, however consistently now for the last 2 weeks my WiFi speeds struggle to get over 15mbps download, when my guaranteed speed is 64.6mbps, and this is directly by the router with no interference

@plusnethelp Had my fibre internet with you for 10 days now, consistently getting ~8.6Mbps download. Guaranteed speed is >30Mbps. I know it takes up to 14 days for the speed variations to settle but in my experience, it sticks at the consistent speed. How can I/you fix this?

@WeirdBoyJim I've been on Plusnet for years, I can recommend it. ~70Mb down and 20Mb up. I think 20 up is about the best you can get from normal service providers in the UK. I think it is around ~£26
