@Plusnet I get an error when trying to text to a short number (such as 7726, spam reporting). It says "Message not sent. Number is formatted incorrectly." I'm trying to work out if it's a device issue or account issue, can you help see if there's anything on my account?

We had a power cut yesterday. When it turned back on the Hub light is stuck on green. Tried restarting, resetting, unplugging.
Literally nothing. Still green.

@Plusnet ****o I called yesterday as my broadband was down and the guy was helpful in getting me to reset it. It worked on my laptop but it didn't work for my mobile he tried to fix it for me but it still didn't work. It's now been over 16 hrs that my wifi isn't working on my mobile. Help

@HelsBels2525 Hi there Helen, I'm sorry to hear about this. I've changed some settings on your line and this should resolve the issue for you. If you restart your router at about 3pm this should kick them into gear if you haven't seen any improvement before then.

@Plusnet Obviously I did all the obvious things. Your very polte and patient chat support have also looked into it . There is a 'known issue' but they are unable to say what or how long it will continue. I am unable to receive or send 2 factor code verifications for security etc etc

More great service from @Plusnet. Called them (yes, you can actually do that with Plusnet) about a billing issue. Issue explained, addressed and complimentary compensated for my question. They have always been excellent providers and worthy of their multi-awarding winning status.

@Plusnet No response from my last tweet to you, supposed to be up to 80 down, we usually get around 50, today ive been on 8 and its disconnecting me. Its affecting my work as I work from home. Uve sent 4 engineers out over the years and they never find anything wrong in the house
