@O2 Day 74 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Hi @O2 It has now been 8 weeks since I first reported this as a problem. Still nothing has been done. You're not providing the service I'm paying for. Multiple parts of central Reading have no data connectivity on 4G or 5G, even though I have full signal. Please can you fix it?

@bad***scotsman @O2 @02 I have same problem so far found customer service and complaints a joke. ‘Unable to investigate further as aware of problem’ (Complaints) CS told me no payment would be taken for December and would be looked at again in January payment was taken for December.

@O2 I tend to be at home, downstairs, when called or making calls. I was with Three previously and didn't have an issue. My husband was with Three and is now with Smarty and has no issues in the same area. Outbound calls to other numbers are affected.

@O2 There is an issue with a phone mast which has been taken down in Kent and won't be sorted until April. Customer service says I will be without signal until then, however you'll reimburse monthly payment for February. Advice online is you'll offer a Boost box yet when I called
