@O2 I started the process to move my number to O2 from 3 either Friday or Saturday. I noticed this morning that my 3 SIM had no signal so I switched to the O2 SIM. O2 SIM still has the O2 number, not the number I was trying to move. Is there a problem or is this normal?

@SwailesRuth @O2 When I had to handle my cousins estate after he died I was quite impressed with my local Barclays Bank, they had a bereavement member of staff. They’ve shut the branch down now. Such a shame as meeting people face to face is much better I think.

And just like that @O2 have lost me as a longstanding customer! My highlight is the complaints customer service woman saying "what do you want me to do? I can't come and fix it" after I told her I'd got cut off 3 times yesterday to the hospital doctor about my 4 y/o daughter!

Since at least Oct 2021, @O2 have been telling me there’s a problem with a local mast. It’s not as if we’re out in the sticks - still now, often only a glimmer of 3G indoors here in Stevenage and 4G, well, forget it. It would be nice to actually make calls sometimes… https://t.co/HUlwPY2JaF

@o2cando After all, I'd like to use it in conjunction with my own routers so that if the internet connection is down for more than i.e. 5 mins it'll be able to automatically book a package and get back online over that.
Y'know: basic failover, not even fancy Multipath-TCP - VPN or sth.
