@NOWTV The Now TV app on my smart TV. I've had this problem a fair few times now. Sometimes its perfect quality sometimes its buffering and goes pixilated. I pay £40 with a "FULL HD BOOST"+Movies. Just not good enough for £40 a month. My Internet is perfect so it can't be that.

@nowtvhelp i manage my mothers account and she was recently without broadband for 4days due to an 'openreach' issue.? She was without tv and broadband for this whole time. She over 70 and cl***ed as vulnerable. Will the account be compensated or can we leave.

@DamoMMK Tried the iptv a good few time but usually always go down when you need it most. Lately I have been using NowTV for sky sports and BT , normally get an offer and cancel it whenever you feel like

Another day another Now TV (Sky) broadband outage all day.
The 16th had an all day outage. Yesterday there was an outage.
I've literally lost count of how many drops and outages there's been this year. Every day it drops and doesn't work for ages.

Can you just tell me why the Prime app on the Now TV stick is having issues with opening (telling me there's connection problems but there's no problem at my end or with any other app

@ryanhollinger @NOWTV Reminds me of when I left 3 years ago. The cancellation team were aggressive in keeping me, stating they had offers XYZ. I told them it was down to the poor reception so they offered me a new phone that **might** pick up (the then new) 4G.

@nowtvhelp My payment issue still hasn’t be rectified. After 24 hours of attempting to reach someone in live chat - little or no help has been given. I also found out that I’ve been charged for a p*** that I’ve been attempting to cancel for days without being allowed.
