@LycamobileUK In 23:29 mins call, it's took 7 mins to connect to CC and 7 mins I reiterated my issue and when asked to connect to supervisor, she just kept it on ringer. It went on till i finally disconnected at 23:29 mins.

@DidiDieva @LycamobileUK if, like me, your problem is @LycaMobileUK's broken APN instructions, try setting the APN Type to "default,supli" (don't include the quote marks).
Don't forget to save the APN settings before hitting Back.

@Lycamobile_FR I have tried all this settings but still the same issue. Used the same sim in other mobile it is not working even. But other lyca sim is working on my mobile.

@LycamobileUK What are you doing about this issue? It's been 5 days since I moved to your network & I'm still unable to make calls & send texts. There's no way of speaking to a person when calling & no response to contact forms. Initial response on here & then no follow-up to my reply

@LycamobileUK is the worst network I have been on so far. They lost my plan when I ported my number over to them and they haven't been able to fix it for 4 days leaving me with no outgoing calls or data! Never again

@MinhazZee @LycamobileUSA Wait a couple more days and the price might go down. It’s at five dollars for a month for the first three months. They can’t even handle the customers they have now and they’re gonna lower the prices to five dollars and lose all the customers.

Seems yo infrastructure is failing to handle increase in numbers. It happens. An upgrade is def overdue.
