The name check used by @LloydsBank when transferring money into the account is a re***uring security feature. Problem is @LloydsBank seem to have given our account at least three different names whether I look at the printed statement, the online statement or the cheque book.Why?

So my @EE direct debit bounces, I make the payment manually, they take it again. Call them up and they say call bank to have it returned. Call @LloydsBank and they say EE at fault so they have to return it. All the while I’m down over £300. Great customer service guys. Top notch.

@LloydsBank Log in fine WiFi fine. Goes into a couple of pages then try to do an action like checking pending transactions and then says technical issue, then all other pages I click into do the same. Doesn’t throw me out

Imagine taking a certain amount of cash to the bank to be deposited in your account only to be told your money is £500 short by a @LloydsBank cashier who did not count the notes in your presence. I’m taking this issue up with @financialombuds
