Cringey old Livejournal:
1/15/07, 9:39 am, sitting down to write: This is exactly what I want to do for a living.
453 words. I keep staring at the screen & doing word counts, as if the number is going to magically multiply.
I have died & gone to Purgatory.

I just need to remember where I wrote this dream down at? Was it LiveJournal, was it when I was blogging at Blogger. Hmmm. Hopefully I'll find it. - Maybe I should have created my twitter account as a record holder for writings based off of my dream time experiences.

@stichomancery And I’d really love some good Finn fics because the 2nd & 3rd movie needed more of him and usually I go to fanfics to get me fix-its. But everytime I’ve tried, I’ve been burned. There used to sites for finding & indexing fics on livejournal but I’ve never found one I can trust.

@proshipconfess Also for context, a lot of the efforts to shut down fan fiction. net and livejournal were pioneered and driven by ‘white mothers’ who viewed these platforms as evil (although I’m sure older fandom people will know more about what actually went down).

it was an effy/emily (skins) fic that was posted on livejournal, if i’m not mistaken, back in 2009. by the time i heard of it the author had sadly already taken it down, but PDFs of it were being p***ed around quietly and i managed to get my hands on a copy of one

@darkfetishhydra tagging doesn't fix that. the fanfics used to groom me were tagged plenty well on livejournal. i knew what it was when i got exposed to it, but i was exposed to it by an adult, and other adults made it, and other adults liked it, so i thought it was fine.
