@HyperopticCS Hi. I’m having issue with one of the websites that returns “could not establish a secure connection”, however it works for others without issues and works for me on VPN. Is this an issue on your side? I believe the problem is with SSL certificate.

@HyperopticCS Just upgraded my package, the lady on the phone has been incredibly useful. She said in an hour but the internet is speedy already@ 496.5 Mbps down and 502.4 Mbps up. Thanks. Ill leave a feedback for her

Hi @HyperopticCS sent a dm. The brand new ups/battery pack you sent still has the exact same issues. It keeps short circuiting my router... Without it everything works fine. With it the power randomly cuts out on the tiniest touch or vibration. Clearly a design issue. Sent a vid

Had @HyperopticCS installed in my flat on Monday and hasn’t worked at all since, then get told I have to wait 7 days for anything to get fixed with no urgency to fix my issue. I work from home and now lose £180 a day because of this service, great job

@spenley short term fix. restart the router, use Ethernet.
Hopefully the ISP cabling and exchange is in good order for you.
Manchester Central has issues with OpenReach cabling, so Virgin Media or HyperOptic (only avail in new builds) only options

Not having a good week, firstly my @Hyperoptic internet goes down -properly- for first time in 5 years, told could take up to 8 days to fix!!!!, then @AmazonUK send me the wrong speaker stands, and say will lose £60 discount, and can't swap, have to send back for refund.. FML....

@Timbow1982 @HyperopticCS I’m afraid there are a million things that can affect wifi. My guess is just general interference or a crap wifi router or a problem with laptop adapter (if it’s fine on phone that’s prob the culprit). 1/2

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I'm approaching my first anniversary of service with @Hyperoptic and this will be the second such outage. I do not recall any other internet service provider (over the last 10 years) spending so long optimizing their network. It makes it extremely hard to recommend @Hyperoptic.

@DrNickHazel @Hyperoptic Unfortunately, there is no truly convenient time for your service to be down. Due to the fact that we usually require special access to perform maintenance of our equipment, this is often done during business hours for that reason. (2/3)

Been informed of another 10-hour internet outage by @hyperoptic with no offer of compensation. They think this is fine because it's planned maintenance. Not the first time and probably not the last. Top marks for speed but only 5/10 for reliability.

@virginmedia Hi I’m on gig1 and it’s great! Although never seen consistently getting 940mbps right now plugged into Ethernet getting 553mpbs. My question was upload is only 50mbps! Vodafone provide 900 up and down. Hyperoptics and heybroad 1000 up and down. So when are you catching up?
