@hotelscomhelp after a several week trip around Europe, often using #hotelscom, disappointed that customer service is not supporting an issue redeeming a free night earned. They seemingly applied to my current hotel, which happened to also (by far) be my cheapest hotel yet. Hmmm.

@hotelsdotcom Your team already checked. He basically said I should’ve check with the hotel to confirm my stay before my trip. If I need to do that why I use your service to book. 2 different hotel - 2 different countries and same problem. I will never trust nor use your service anymore.

Totally done with @hotelsdotcom The customer support has gone down the drain and nobody knows what’s going on with any reservations. We’ve had three consecutive bad interactions with them. Sad because it used to be our go-to for all travel.

@hotelscomhelp It appears that https://t.co/254fcaOR9c (and other hotel comparison sites) are experiencing a m***ive data outage, perhaps due to the failure of a service where you all get that information. Almost all hotels are not available, even for dates well into 2023.
