I am MORE than patient. Today after 6 months of waiting for @hotelscomhelp to issue me with a voucher for a cancelled hotel booked I called them - over 1 hour on the phone and they tell me there is a system issue and can't tell me when they will issue the voucher. Beyond a joke.

@hotelscomhelp Your online chat (2 days ago) and 2 phone agents (the night of the incident) have not been able to help me with an issue where the hotel you confirmed we booked did not have a room for us on arrival and I had to find my own accommodations 1.25 hours from the hotel.

@hotelscomhelp your policy says you can cancel a nonrefundable rate if destination is inaccessible. Was told by rep that was only good on travel dates thru April 3 2020. Is that true? If yes the policy should be taken down as it no longer applies and is very misleading!

Is there an issue with applying discounts to bookings? I have tried to book a room several times this evening, and I have one free night to use, but it won't allow me to apply the discount. It says there are "technical difficulties" and that is through web + app

When you have actually responded you’ve made your position clear, which amounts to repeating a consumer-unfriendly policy & basically saying “f*** you, not our problem”. Have taken up via insurance.

I WILL NEVER USE @bookingcom for a hotel reservation again in my LIFE!!!!!!!!! I was trying to support @TMobile with their T Mobile Tuesday deal but booking is horrible!!! I usually use @hotelscomhelp and Ive never had a problem like this!
