HMRC behaviour caused me to be under a Mental Health Psychiatrist on drugs, broken family, broken life, *******s I want them punished.

These form fillers required are not HMRC/BF staff. HMRC/BF staff will check the forms but don't fill them out. That's down to the exporters and their shipping agents.

@helenjanefer51 @Jesse_Norman Mp's like to quote that if its too good to be true.... The problem is when people contact hmrc and are told that there is nothing wrong, they will tell their contacts. So HMRC's lack of action helped these schemes flourish.

They then wanted to put a charge on our house so essentially also taking my only residence off me. So that is 3 of the "agreed" Morse review changes accepted by HMRC broken. @loanchargeAPPG

So why are the scheme users the only party being pursued here. The end client went this route to avoid employers NI, the umbrella companies made the real money and HMRC did not inform scheme users that there may be problem. HMRC said they would go after employers, did they?

@YardleyShooting I received a call like this a year ago. The woman told me she was from HMRC and they'd detected fraud in my tax return. Said I owed £3000, that if I didn't pay I could face either a £25K fine or 5 years in prison. If I put the phone down the police would be sent to arrest me.

@valueless_user This is more or less the model. Large support for applied research (ARC, MRFF, MTP sector) but little for basic research (NHMRC, ARC). The problem is we are falling behind for technology development or so as there are few years lag between discoveries and their application

People are losing their jobs, which means HMRC will collect less Income Tax & NI. If less tax & NI is collected, cuts will have to be made to Govt. spending.
