Maybe something like:
form creates GitHub issue
GitHub issue has text of body
then, a webhook tells me the issue came
which spins up a docker container running an email server
which then sends the email
and then triggers an API request to close the issue?

Github sometimes works great, but not everyone creates tags when they release, so it can sometimes be hard to find the right revision to look at.
Those tags also might not be accurate 😱
