@FlightHub ****o- I have a pending issue from early 2020, with communication back and forth and calls for over 50$ (international calls) only to receive an email that customercare@flighthub.com is no longer monitored. How can you have pending tickets and decide you won’t respond?

@FlightHub finally an hour and 15 minutes later an agent finally answers just to tell me no supervisor or anyone who can fix it!

@AirCanada Done. Thanks. She has reached out several times but the issue has not been resolved. She was denied a refund even though it was canceled due to Air Canada. So she was okay with the voucher but looks like the flighthub and Air Canada does not care how the customer feels at all.

It was rly satisfying to have an travel company call me (instead of waiting on hold) and resolving my issue in under 10 mins. Highly refreshing customer service experience. Big ups @FlightHub

Name of the rep is Amed. #airindia @airindiain You guys tell me to reach out to them to get the refund, if they provide such service, you are liable to issue a refund and communicate with them. I was supposed to travel@on your flight. I have zero hope on @flighthub

I am trying to reach out flight hub from 2 months regarding my issue of ticket cancellation. I have contacted through call service but they only book tickets on call, no cancellation and also no response of any single email sent to flight hub in 2 months. Help me out

Definitely a trying time for airlines and p***engers alike, but extra trials are not needed, @FlightHub. After six months, still no resolution on cancelled flights, booked with cancellation insurance. Why does this problem persist for my elderly mother? #flightcompensation
