@Festicket @FesticketHelp Update: I received an automatic e-mail on 30.10. "Amount for Ticket A will be transferred in 10 days, to the original payment method". Problem, the original payment method is no longer available and you know this. And what about my second ticket?! I've had enough! 😡

@Festicket is the worst - they have no support. @insomniacevents I contacted them 2 weeks ago about a problem I am having with my ticket for Portugal and nobody has gotten back to me yet. There's no email address, there's no chat, there's nothing to get ahold of these people. 🤬

@FesticketHelp hi I applied for a refund from ultra europe 2020 back in June and still haven’t received anything or been contacted since, I know multiple people with the same problem and no matter how many times we attempt to contact ultra we get nothing back.

I tried with PayPal initially but festicket told them that I’d received the goods so PayPal ruled in their favour
