@AmTheNewGame @Kenyajudiciary @jsckenya Case delays are not entirely caused by judges. There are 3 parties to a case, the prosecutors, defence and judges. When prosecutors take ages to litigate as defence asks for adjournments there is little a Judge can do. Its a serious issue JSC needs to expediate.
