@edfenergy It was exactly on the same place since it has been installed, some months ago.
Now I tried put it less than 1m away from the electric meter and the problem still is happening.
I turned it off by 6 hours, and the problem still is happening.

@edfenergy @ofgem @BBCWatchdog I’ll do that thanks, but the issue is that the rate has gone from 12.9 to 18.72 (45% increase) for electric and 2.110 to 3.374 (60% increase) for gas. How can you justify this?

@edfenergy I feel it must be a failure of policy, that you must be doing it to everyone with an empty house and an account in credit. So fixing my issue won't fix all the other people being pestered. Maybe you could look at your automated messaging re meter readings?

The point I was making is that it's claiming it can replace ancient habitats by shifting soil and planting saplings which conservation orgs say is wrong. EDF seems to think it can do the same.

@edfenergy On 31 March one of your installers had to abandon a smartmeter installation due to a DCC communications issue. Someone promised to "get back to me". It's been 2 weeks now. Not impressed. Seriously thinking about looking at alternative suppliers. Action please!!

Wasted weeks with you trying to get a replacement that actually worked . Total of THREE sent out - none of which worked

I would like to warn anyone - especially if they are elderly - that the @edfenergy inclusive boiler care policy they thought was a good deal is worthless. My 78yo mum is now w’out heating; boiler was whistling; EDF policy won’t allow fix because it’d “made noises”. Shame on you!
