@edfenergy Over 12 months ago you came to fit a new meter, but couldn’t be done cuz ‘I’ve not got the right meter to start with’. Few months later you came again. AGAIN same problem. Today I’ve waiting in since 8am for a smart meter. This time you ain’t even bothered to turn up.

@ShelaghFogarty @edfenergy It is remember though the saving will look artificially small at the moment. As the price cap is due to rise 10% in Oct (my estimate no officially announced yet), so prices will be going up so when you move to a fix, this won't be factored in your current price.

@edfenergy I usually get an email from you every 3 months reminding me to send a reading. I then pay what I owe when you generate my bill. No email this month and you have DD'd me your estimated amount. Is this a known issue? The point is that I want to pay just what I owe.

I wish more companies would act as fast as @edfenergy did yesterday in helping a customer. In less than 16 hours, my problem was sorted. In the mean time I am still unable to contact the @DVLAgovuk after they took money from me for an application that gave an error on completion.

I feel the pain; we’ve had issue with our meter number being the wrong one and getting usage bills from someone in Brighton ( I’m in west London lol ). It took a year to fix whilst paying two companies at the same time. Utter madness
