@EONhelp 3 months. Smart meter installed December 8th. How long would you suggest when it will work pls? I wondered if maybe the meter wasn't reporting half hourly but they tell me it is.. Any way to check? I have since seen other tweets from you saying E.On see has been down since Sept?

@EONhelp Can you please tell me when they'll be in touch? This issue (which I raised 4 months ago) is preventing me from being able to leave E.ON despite my contract ending 3 months ago. It's impressive how you can mess up so badly I physically can't leave E.ON

App is down so you canāt top up, get redirected to website to top up, takes minimum 7-8 attempts to log in,
Once logged in and navigated to top up screen it just diverts you back to main menu once you try to proceed! #NoCredit

We are trying extremely hard to resolve an incorrect bill issue, despite many calls and emails, it's is impossible to get a response from your customer service team!! There have been so many promises to sort this but no actions from EON! Please reach out!!!

@EONhelp So web help is down and I phone the help desk number, go through all the menus and then wait 39 minutes on hold to eventually have someone come on and ask me to call back in 2 hours because the systems are down. You couldn't have put that at the beginning of the call?!
