@DPDgroup_news can anyone from DPD explain what is the unexpected issue is in my area (HA6). I have been let down by DPD delivery. No explanation, request to speak to supervisor and I was told I can speak to them after 24 to 48 hours of the request. What a frustrating experience

Today 24Oct , was promised to receive my parcel but of course as expected from a cow boy delivery company, received a note in my DPD APP saying due to unexpected issue no delivery in my area (HA6 area). Contacted DPD to change delivery address but again frustrating answer given.

@Costelly @DPDgroup_news These companies are expecting very unsafe practice. Speeding and length of time at the wheel. We was involved in a crash the car behind us was delivering. His airbag didn’t deploy because he didn’t have a seatbelt on. He didn’t have a seatbelt on so he could get in and out faster

Bristol, as an LPA, has a 5 year housing supply that’s somewhere as low as 2.8 years so the cards are stacked in favour of @HomesEngland. The site is included in an adopted DPD so, ***uming the 300 proposed homes includes affordable housing, @MarvinJRees has hamstrung the council

Nah Dpd needs to do better 🙄I just had to walk down my whole street trying to find the colour of the door and door mat they took a picture of after they delivered my work laptop to a random house. I was home tracking the driver and waiting. No knock or anything. @DPDgroup_news

@DPDgroup_news useless, paid extra to get it delivered at specific friday time slot, driver loaded it in his van with time slot then few seconds later my delivery was to be delivered monday. phoned them then apparently his van “broke down”... no offer to deliver it next day no offer of refund
