@FlakPhoto When I started taking photography seriously (early '00s) I joined deviantart. I loved how it wasn't *just* photography. It was hands down the best community I've been a part of online. I even photographed the wedding of two friends I met on dA!

I posted about my original DA username so I have to re-tell the story.. when I was 12 I snagged name "Celebi" on DeviantArt. Someone messaged me a few months down the line asking if they could have my account for a celebi fan club. I was 12 so I thought this was reasonable (1/?)

@ChoiceMusicLA someone on deviantart back in 2007 made an animation of the tell me dance with a bunny mascot of theirs. i liked the sound of the song (as they were using an instrumental), and checked it out. then come a year later, i fell down the hole completely thanks to 2pm and shinee.

@AntUnderground honestly I think the root of this problem is just that artists don't have many, if any, main art hub websites that just work how we want it to like, there's deviantart and there's furaffinity, but they're both just adding bull**** that it seems like most people don't really want

@barrydeutsch Honestly, I don't have a problem with people wanting to add characters that are chunky. Go ahead and do what you like. But if you take a character design that doesn't have any problems whatsoever and make them morbidly obese (DeviantArt levels), then there's a problem.
