So @Delta Chat representatives have made two big mistakes one accidentally canceling a flight then another re-booking the flight on the wrong day really need help to fix now! Need human to talk to.

@KLM @Delta @KLM rep keeps making excuses that vendor will contact. No one contacts, no one picks up luggage for repair or replacement, and another day p***es. An endemic issue with @Delta @KLM flights to Delhi as I know of another case where baggage was damaged & issue pending over 10 days.

@Delta been on hold to dm with a live Delta baggage specialist for almost 8 hours…to deal with a lost luggage claim you never responded to…due to an incompetent flight attendant who took my carry-on at the plane due to lack of space, told me to go sit down, then mistagged it.
