Hey @CurrencyFair I used your service to transfer money 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't come through. I have been treated appallingly by your customer care and just sent around in circles instead of them actually dealing with the issue. Not what I'd call a no h***le transfer!!

euros so that I could return the money to my Irish account but due to the difference in exchange rates I was now down 1500 euro.
I asked CurrencyFair to reimburse me the difference but they put the blame on the intermediary bank and receiving bank.

@CurrencyFair I used this service recently to send money from Ireland to Canada. I had used them previously without issue but this time I sent 4 transactions and all 4 got lost. Initially, CurrencyFair said it was the receiving banks fault and that they had fulfilled their side

@CurrencyFair You guys know right this is going to negatively affect your public image? Not listening to your customer complaints and doesn't communicate with them. It's all do***ented here on Twitter. I am going to keep doing this until my issue get resolved.

@CurrencyFair @LaceyDermot Hi. It's been over 3 months since I brought up this issue. Please provide an update or advise if i need to contact DCC myself. Advice I have received from @dubcivictrust says that all historic railings in Ballsbridge are heritage protected. Thanks

Be very careful when using @CurrencyFair to send money to other countries! Worst issue is lack of communication and updates, such a shame. Customer support in any organization should be very important, but after 2 months I figured for @CurrencyFair it is not.

@MTDomain @Michael050859 Currencyfair has a branch in Ireland and I ***ume when I send money from my UK a/c to exchange to €€, they use their Irish branch to send €€ to France, so no actual exchange.
It's not a 'transfer' that's the problem, it's exchanging currencies that creates extra expense.

@CurrencyFair Just so that everyone is aware their referral bonus is pathetic and not valid if you xfr 2000 € .. & you will fall In endless trap with thier support.
Better stay away ! No intent of paying referral bonus ..let me know if anyone else also faced similar issue ?

@CurrencyFair Or you could be stuck with a transaction "in progress", repetitive requests for paperwork, more paperwork, more clarifications and intrusive questions, and complete lack of communication on what the problem actually is, how and when it will be resolved...
