@BritishGas my parents are on the Homecare Plan and had issues with their boiler!!! In the course of speaking to a Bot!!! Three engineers came and each time they have said, no parts, wrong parts and unable to fix the problem. They have been without hot water for over a week.

@BritishGasHelp Hopefully solved. It was for PAYG smart meter problem. I had a visit booked for Saturday and wanted to change it. I finally got p***ed to someone in boiler repairs who could see there was a problem. He had to phone 3 separate people before he found one who could help. Shambles

Never had an issue with Octopus. Seems I made the right choice to not allow British Gas to continue their supply!

My @BritishGasHelp smart meters were useless within months of being installed, refusing to connect and I'm repeatedly told engineers are aware of a problem in my area so they can't book an engineer to fix mine until that issue is resolved (it's been years already)
