@bookingcom Night before trip I was unable to find my hotel booking on the app or in emails. I tried to rebook it, full. I booked another on Booking. Charged for BOTH. I found the original hotel CANCELLED in a "problem with this trip" section after I got home, Charged for two hotels. 😠 ⚠️

@bookingcom The night before my trip I was unable to find my hotel booking. I tried to rebook it, full. So I booked another thru Booking. Now I have charges from both. I found the original booking in some "problem with this trip" section. Hotel won't refund. Booking not helping $615 and $750

@JudyRollinson @bookingcom @bookingcom are the worst company. Don’t ever book with them. I booked an apartment and told it was confirm until I got there they said there’s a problem in there system so they’re cancelling my booking but I can’t have a refund!! @OmbudServices should look into it. #scammers

@bookingcom is now telling me to wait until Monday to see if they get authorization to rebook. WE ARE SUPPOSED TO LEAVE MONDAY! 0/10 will NEVER recommend this company to anybody! They’ve had 10 days to fix our flights and still can’t seem to do their job!

Turned up to the @CamdenBnB to find it had closed down some time ago, although @bookingcom took our money!
Had to find somewhere to stay in Camden Town, last minute. Ended up at the Holiday Inn at Camden Lock (£260 for the pleasure). Now the fight for a refund from @bookingcom

@bookingcom Every agent I have spoken to this past week has been totally useless. I made a reservation with https://t.co/p7k7nGQnwq then extended it a week later and the agent messed up my hotel reservation dates. No solution offered for a technical problem of your own creation.

@bookingcom just booked an apartment. Payments been taken. Just called the help desk to get check in instructions to be told they’re having issues so my booking will be cancelled. The rude lady called Madeline then said it’s not her problem and that she won’t issue a refund!

I want to caution everyone to avoid using @bookingcom for hotels. I had no problem with my @hopper or @KAYAK hotels but booking dot com recommended a hotel that didn’t provide fresh towels, linens, housekeeping, trash services & had dirty sheets & a dirty carpet when we arrived.

Even though owner of apartment said to me they had same mistake my next customer and try to solve it. Please resolve my problem

@bookingcom YO, what are you going to do to fix your security loop hole where a hotel asks to see your booking email, notes down your PIN, logs in as you and cancels your reservation. I can’t even leave a review on the property now let alone get a refund. Dodgy AF.
