@Barclaycard I was scammed by @LauraAshleyUK in March - £400 down. Filed complaint online months ago. Rang two weeks ago as not resolved to be told even though it’s red on my screen you can’t see it and you’d send me forms. Still nothing. It’s not good enough for a big company!

@jajayourlife Third week, and still no access to my account, still no explanation as to why?? Just told it’s a technical problem. Now got BarclayCard and so will be closing my account. They have a working app and telephone number.

@Barclaycard been trying to log o to the app to make a payment, keep getting an error "BA040" with a number to call. Tried to call everyday since last Tuesday but can never get hold of anyone. Is it an app issue or something?

@Barclaycard I would like the card stopped as but I was told that it couldnt be done at the same time as payment. What worries me is that she wrote down alm the details from my debit card for the payment of 75p so now has my all my details. How do I know if she has disposed of them?

@alexbloor You used to get this free with Barclaycard Rewards, and had the same issue - if it was somewhere you needed to book there was no way. (but still, that said, saved over £400 of individual entry fees and didn't join)

@Dominos_UK @Barclaycard I contacted CS on Sunday, they emailed yesterday to say the issue has been sent to the Store, but the issue was a billing issue on the App, the store has already said its nothing they can deal with

@drneilmartin @Barclaycard I have the same issue ... and it seems it's 2 days later ... This is the 3rd or 4th time in 2 years the app has just stopped working for an extended period of time. Extremely poor.

TrueLayer is aware of an issue impacting Barclays, Barclays Business and Barclaycard at this time which is affecting data requests (AIS) to the provider. We have contacted the bank for more information and we will advise here once further information is available.

Just spoken to a lovely UK based agent (Nicola) from @Barclays and not @Barclaycard who has taken details of my complaint. Shame @Barclays used to be a well reputed bank. But seems to have gone to 💩. Tbh the people @Barclaycard people seem to be the bigger problem!

@BarclayCard18 I know it’s insane. But I still consider Andy a favorite for anything. His body may have lost a step but his heart never has. He will go down as one of the absolute best fighters, players, and humanitarians in tennis history. He needs to write a book. His whole family is great.

@Barclaycard Cannot log into my account online, tried Chrome and EDGE, deleted cookies etc, I need to log into my account how long will it be down? Message: "Sorry there has been a problem with our system, please try again later" Now later-it is still not working. Please fix it.
