@i_paul @Barclaycard @davieb719 @MikeAmbleside Same thing happen to me and I wasn’t able to login my account regardless I have made several complain to there team but luckily I was directed to me #ANDREWHACK001 on Instagram by a friend and they help me fix my account back

@BarclayCard18 That was bizarre. I disagree with Novak’s stance on the issue, but there’s no way he should have been blind-sided like that. Aussies did not acquit themselves well on this one, IMO

@DrRobGerard You could either log into the Barclaycard website and tap on 'I have a problem with this transaction' which will then load an online form for you to fill in, or give the team a call on 08001510900 between 8am and 8pm weekdays, and 9am till 5pm Saturdays. 5/7

@tran_d87 @Sainsburys_Bank @nectar Yep. I pay mine off in full every month so the interest wasn’t an issue for me. But I’ve decided to close my sainsbury’s card next month and switch my barclaycard rewards to the free avios one where you can convert avios points to nectar ones if you want. It’s much better.

@AskNationwide No I paid my Barclaycard credit card using my nationwide current account and due to their app being broken they’ve taken the payment 3 times. They’ve now said they can’t cancel it their end and I need to speak to you guys. 😫

Because neither of my repayments are showing up on the Barclaycard app they’re saying they can’t help me Despite the fact the money has left my current account. @Barclaycard this is an utter joke now, sort it out - It has been over 24hrs of being £800 down.

@Barclaycard Found that - thanks. It was quite well hidden. The problem is that if you don't know something exists, there's little motivation to waste time scrolling/searching for it. Top tip. If your website has a problem, stick the text alert option up top & we can both get on with our day.

@Barclaycard Your app is still broken …trying to pay my Barclaycard … pop up appears to authorise payment with my bank but when I return to your app to complete the payment it’s logged me out /terminated the transaction. Always worked fine before. Lots reporting the same fault

@BarbaraSutton15 Is it Barclays? I couldn't access my Barclaycard yesterday and made attempts to find out why via (bot) 'chat' and phone and ended up screaming at the recorded voice on the phone and typing 'you are a useless bot' into the chat. Then found out Barclaycard was down.

@BarclaysUKHelp Your app is still broken. It is no longer possible to approve a payment in another app as the Barclaycard app times out and resets the app as soon as you switch to the other app. Please fix ASAP

@Barclaycard can we sort the app out please, it closes down as soon as you move away from it, ie to authorize a payment. Then it doesn’t accept it. But my chase card now says it’s empty after transferring money, but the Barclaycard app closed down. So at the minute I’ve lost £46

@Barclaycard Big issue… I called your phone line to make a payment. All well and good, or so I thought, it had to come out of my debit account so brilliant, my balance has been reduced! I go onto the app and realised my credit card has also been charged. I will need a reply urgently please.

@Barclaycard I have been trying for ages to get into my barclaycard app and via barclaycard online. Little did I realise, the issue was on your end. You should display an error message on the app and website. Not everyone navigates to the service status page

@Barclaycard problem with latest version of iPhone app? Attempting to pay credit card bill, have to authorise in my banking app, switch back to Barclays app, logs back into Home Screen and forgets all about the payment I’m trying to make. Has been this way all day
