@AdobeCare Hi, like you suggested I investigated whether I can find an offender that's causing this and caught Bitwarden's desktop app. Once I quit the application everything started working properly. Hope this helps others who are having the same problem. Thanks. @Bitwarden

@AdobeCare Photoshop updated to 22.3.1 and MacOS to 11.2.3 – still having the copy/paste fro Illustrator to Photoshop issue. But now I can just drag into PS; that works. So maybe just some weird clipboard issue? Not a huge deal now, but something to log.

@AdobeCare Here is a weird work-around that may help hone in on the problem here:
If I copy a vector from Illustrator to InDesign, then copy from InDesign to Photoshop, it works! No spinning beachball and no crash.
Just can't do it from Illustrator to Photoshop directly. Weird.

Hey @AdobeCare , I'm observing a broken X Axis in local axis mode in After Effects. Running the latest version (not Beta) on Big Sur v11.2.3.

@AdobeCare I can't change refresh rate on this 4k monitor on Mac, but changing the scaling does not fix it. As others note on the forums and elsewhere, the only fix is resizing the AE window to less than 1/4 of the hi-res display, or closing the timeline. That plays real time.

@AdobeCare after 2 support sessions and over 90 min we finally solved the issue. Support suggested clicking the "rebuild sync data" and it worked. Only wished they suggested this MUCH sooner. I even asked if there was some sort of "forced sync" option. Pls educate staff better. 🙏

@AdobeCare It started roughly 2 weeks ago and happens with ~5% of our round-trips. We didn't change anything in our workflow, though. I am gathering all problematic XMLs in the hopes of identifying the underlying root of the problem. Just wish for better error messages 😅

I spent about 4 hours with your staff in a support chat, trying different fixes.
Issue seems centered around that even when force allocating 12gb of RAM to Media Encoder, it is still ramping up to 100% until it crashes.

I have the exact same problem as this guy does. The only solution that worked for me was disabling my processor's graphic card in device manager
I wonder if there is a more officient way to fix it because I don't really want to disable it every time I have to open photoshop
